Yes, we are covered up to £5,000,000 and can provide a certificate for your venue if needed.

If there is a particular games that you are looking for but can't see in our range, please contact us. We are looking to expand our range this year so it might be something that we were looking at sourcing soon anyway.

A deposit of 50% of the total cost + a fully-refundable, damages deposit will be required to secure your booking and date. The remaining balance needs to be paid IN FULL six weeks prior to the event. If this has not been received, we will unfortunately have to cancel your booking. 

A refundable deposit will be charged at the time of booking (50 or £100 depending on amount of time hired for). This will cover any breakage or loss of hire items. This deposit is to help towards the cost of us replacing the items. If items are returned without any damage and nothing has been lost, we will refund this deposit. 

It is so important to us that we are able to still provide you with the service you are expecting no matter what situation may arise. In an emergency, we will try our very best to make sure someone will step in to cover absence or you will be offered a full refund.
