Booking and Payment

Once your event date is secured, you are entering into an agreement for the full package value as outlined in your booking confirmation.

A non-refundable booking fee is deducted from the total balance, with the remaining balance due six weeks prior to the event date. The booking fee covers administrative time, reserving your event date in our diary, and all the preparatory work undertaken prior to the event.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your booking at any time.

If cancellation occurs more than six weeks prior to the event date, no further payment will be required beyond the non-refundable booking fee.

If cancellation occurs within six weeks of the event date, the full remaining balance will still be payable.

All cancellations must be made in writing.

Hire responsibility & damages

All games and equipment remains the property of Vintage Charm at all times. From the time of set-up until collection, responsibility for the care and supervision of the games lies with the hirer.

Any loss, damage or excessive wear beyond reasonable use will be charged to the hirer following the event.

If there is any damage or loss to the games that we notice upon collection, we will take photographic evidence of this. We will then follow up with an email displaying the photos and an invoice to cover the damage costs.

Children must be supervised at ALL TIMES whilst using the games.

Set-up & Presentation

We aim to set up all the games and signage as shown in our photographs and layout previews. From time to time, individual items may require maintence or repair. In such cases, we reserve the right to substitute or adjust items where necessary, while ensuring the overall style and presentation to what has been pictured and agreed.

General

Set-up and collection times will be agreed closer to the event date once venue access and schedules have been confirmed.

By proceeding with your booking and paying the booking fee, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.

Vintage Charm reserves the right to refuse service or remove equipment if it is being used in an unsafe or inappropriate manner.
